This website is operated by Vote Online Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vote Online Inc. By visiting our site and/or using our voter registration tools, election reminder services, or any other services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

We act as an intermediary to facilitate the submission of your voter registration information to the appropriate state or local election officials. We do not control the voter registration process and cannot guarantee that your registration will be accepted or processed by election officials.

3.2 Nonpartisan Commitment

Vote Online is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All voter registration services are provided without regard to political preference, party affiliation, or candidate support. We do not and will not support or oppose any political candidate or party.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information in a voter registration application may be a violation of state or federal law. Vote Online is not responsible for errors or omissions in the information you provide.

3.4 State-Specific Requirements

Voter registration requirements vary by state. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information about state requirements, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring you meet your state’s eligibility criteria and deadlines. We recommend verifying information with your state or local election officials.

4. User Accounts and Information

4.1 Information Collection and Use

Your submission of personal information through our website and tools is governed by our Privacy Policy. When you register to vote, check your registration status, submit a pre-registration pledge, make a donation, join our newsletter, or take any other action on this site, we may collect personal information including your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and other information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

12.2 Severability

Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Vote Online.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms.
