These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Vote Online is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All voter registration services are provided without regard to political preference, party affiliation, or candidate support. We do not and will not support or oppose any political candidate or party.

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from Vote Online. For help, reply “HELP” to any text message you receive from Vote Online. You consent that following a request to unsubscribe, you may receive one final text message confirming your request. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Vote Online. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms.
